Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (Reagan National) is the gateway to our nation’s capital and is renowned for its stunning design and for its commitment to customer service. Nearly 24 million business executives, tourists, and government officials travel through Reagan National each year, serving travelers from throughout the world and residents from Washington D.C., Virginia, West Virginia, southern Pennsylvania, and Maryland. The airport features 59 gates and offers non-stop flights to more than 85 destinations on 10 airlines.

Reagan National Airport features 136,000 square feet of concessions space, providing numerous opportunities for local, regional, and national retailers and restaurateurs. There are more than 85  tenants and retail merchandising unit locations.  Noteworthy businesses including Ben’s Chili Bowl, Brighton, Brooks Brothers, Cava Mezza Grill, Kapnos Taverna, Johnston & Murphy, Legal Sea Foods, Taylor Gourmet, Tumi, and Vineyard Vines.

The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA) designated MarketPlace Development in 2012 as the concessions manager for Reagan National Airport, responsible for marketing, leasing and management services for the food service and retail concessions throughout the airport. MarketPlace is working with MWAA to provide a truly exceptional passenger experience by enhancing the existing concessions program to provide greater passenger amenities and to improve customer service. Our objective is to increase customer satisfaction and spending through merchandising and improved product choice, customer service, and effective operations.
