Ashley Vesay

Leasing Manager, Philadelphia International Airport

Ashley is an accomplished leasing manager with particular expertise in the retail industry. As Leasing Manager for the Philadelphia International Airport Concessions Program, Ashley is responsible for the ongoing stabilization efforts of current tenants and the continued development of a dynamic merchandising program focused around quality and diversity as the industry progresses into the future.

Prior to joining MarketPlace PHL, Ashley served as Senior Leasing Representative for Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust. She was responsible for spearheading the new business development program and for cultivating relationships and executing leases with new, unique, and expanding retailers throughout the company’s entire portfolio. She also had specific leasing responsibilities for multiple shopping centers in the Maryland, New Jersey, and Wisconsin markets.

Ashley graduated from Temple University with a degree in Business Administration. She is actively involved in the Greater Philadelphia chapter of NAIOP, where she serves on the Developing Leader Committee.
