Scott Moriyama

Vice President, Leasing and Business Development

Scott Moriyama is a successful real estate executive with more than 15 years in retail real estate and six years at MarketPlace Development specializing in airport retail leasing and business development.

As Vice President of Leasing and Business Development, Scott is responsible for directing MarketPlace’s merchandising, strategic planning, and leasing at Boston Logan International Airport, Reagan National Airport, Dulles International Airport and Philadelphia International Airport.  Scott also acts as an integral part of business development, finance, and project management initiatives.

Scott joined MarketPlace in 2017 as leasing manager for the Boston Logan Concessions Program, which features 152 spaces located throughout the Airport’s four terminals.

Prior to joining MarketPlace, Scott served as Vice President for Salvatore Capital Partners, a real estate development and management firm. He was responsible for leasing and managing retail and office space throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island and assisted in the acquisition, permitting, and development of new assets for the company. Scott was also a retail broker at Conviser Property Group.

Scott received a B.A. in Economics from Hobart College. He is a member of Airports Council International-NA, an active participant in the Airport Minority Business Council (AMAC) and ICSC, where he served as co-chair of ICSC NEXTGen Boston.
