Luciano Villani

Vice President, Boston Logan International Airport

Luciano Villani has over 23 years of experience in the shopping center industry, specializing in operations planning, leasing, construction management, budgeting, re-development and special projects. He began his career with New England Development in 1996 at The Mall of New Hampshire. His most recent position was that of Vice President / General Manager of Westgate Mall in Brockton, Massachusetts, focusing on day-to-day operations, leasing, strategic planning, redevelopment and construction. During his time in Brockton, Luciano established long term relationships with the Mayor’s Office and city leaders and took an active role within the community.

Luciano’s most recent projects at New England Development included the successful openings of Asheville Outlets, Outlets of Little Rock and Outlets of Des Moines, where he assumed a leadership role in budgeting, staff development, FF&E procurement, specialty leasing programs and grand opening operations.

As Vice President of MarketPlace Logan, Luciano oversees and directs the management of airport concessions planning, strategies and programs at Boston Logan International Airport in partnership with the Massachusetts Port Authority.

Luciano is a graduate of College of the Holy Cross and member of the International Council of Shopping Centers with a CSM designation.
